Job Description

Overview:
As the Mechanical Assembler, you will play a vital role in the production process by assembling mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications. Your attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to quality will ensure that our products meet the highest standards and exceed customer expectations. Working closely with a team of skilled professionals, you will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations and help us deliver innovative solutions to our customers.
Duties:
  • Assemble mechanical components according to engineering drawings and specifications
  • Fabricate parts using various tools and equipment
  • Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments
  • Weld or solder components as needed
  • Test assembled systems to ensure proper functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during assembly or testing
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field preferred
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
