PM Pay:
$23.00•$25.00 per hour Remedy Staffing is now hiring Mechanical Assemblers for a growing manufacturing company in Little Chute, WI. This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity with excellent pay and a strong work-life balance with a 4-day workweek. In this role, you will be assembling mechanical components using hand and power tools in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists Gather and organize parts, tools, and materials for assembly Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies efficiently and accurately Measure and verify finished products to ensure specifications are met Troubleshoot assembly issues and communicate with supervisors as needed Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering and tracking supplies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to use hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, pliers, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.) Ability to read blueprints and perform basic measurements Capable of lifting, bending, and moving materials throughout the shift Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods (9+ hours) Ability to alternate between sitting and standing and move between workstations Ability to read blueprints and perform basic measurements
