Machine Caster 1st and 2nd Shift 10 hour days

Full Job Description MDG offers on-the-spot interviewers 8am-3pm Monday-Thursday at 2113 S. Nikolai Ave, Marshfield, Wisconsin. Do you want Fridays off? Come work with us! Molded Dimensions Group, located in Marshfield, manufactures a wide range of specialty products in the custom polyurethane marketplace. Years of service to our customers in agriculture, manufacturing, industry, government and mining have helped mold us for success! We are currently looking for a 1st and 2nd shift Machine Caster to join our team. This 10 hour shift runs Monday – Thursday 5am – 3pm for 1st shift and 3pm-1am for 2nd shift, with some OT on Fridays when available!

Primary responsibilities:

The Machine Caster will have the responsibility of setting up and operating a molding machine to produce urethane molded parts. Duties to include, general setup, prepping, pouring, demolding and trimming parts based on customers work specifications. Good time management skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential. Experience in related industry preferred, but not necessary. Our team is willing to train those with limited experience as long as you have a great attitude and dedication towards the work!

Preferred experience:

Previous machine operation experience preferred Must be able to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, process sheets, policies and procedures and safety rules Capable of lifting 50 pounds Working knowledge of shop mathematics and ability to accurately use measurement tools and equipment is necessary.
