Are you detail-oriented and skilled with CAD or 3D modeling? Masis Staffing is looking for a full-time Associate CAD Technician to join our client's growing team in Goodyear, AZ. Job Responsibilities:

Use specialized CAD software to prepare and adjust 3D models for custom orthotic and prosthetic products. Review and interpret order details while following established design protocols. Manage digital files and prioritize tasks through an online order management system. Communicate with clinicians and internal teams via phone, email, and chat to ensure accurate and timely order completion. Collaborate with the production team to meet quality and delivery standards.

Job Requirements:

Associate's degree, technical school certificate, or equivalent experience in CAD, drafting, or a related field. Basic experience with CAD or 3D modeling (less than 1 year is acceptable). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Comfortable multitasking and working with a team to solve problems.

Preferred:

Knowledge of the orthotic/prosthetic field, anatomy, or biomechanics, as well as experience with 3D printing or sculpting.
