This role is for a high level team member who likes variety, likes keeping multiple things going at once, and likes the challenge of holding a high quality bar while juggling several jobs at the same time. You are the kind of person who notices details others miss. You enjoy people. You will cross train in running our laser machines, creating mockups, and helping run our warehouse functions, and you will be a key communication point between production, front office, and sales. You will be one of the most versatile people on our team. You will run laser engraving jobs from setup to swapping product to quality check. You will build mockups for customers and for production. You will help manage the flow of work through the warehouse (receiving, pulling, packaging, shipping, inventory). And you will keep clear communication going with front office and sales so customer commitments are met and nothing falls through the cracks. This is not solely a desk job, though some duties require deskwork, and it is not a single-track role. It is for someone who lights up when there are several things in motion and someone has to keep them all straight. Areas include : Laser engraving setup and operation, mockup creation and approval workflow, quality control across decoration methods, pulling and staging orders, receiving, packaging, shipping, inventory management, day to day communication with front office and sales on order status and timing, and other areas of warehouse work as the team needs them. Laser Engraving:
Run laser engraving machines at a high level. Set up jobs accurately, dial in materials, troubleshoot when something goes wrong, and turn out finished work that meets our quality standard the first time. Take on the harder setups when the team needs it. Mockups:
Create accurate mockups for customers and for production. Catch issues with art, layout, sizing or imprint placement before they become problems. Communicate clearly with front office on what needs customer approval. Quality Control:
Inspect work as it moves through your station and as it moves through the warehouse. Every team member is on the "Quality control team." We don't deliver products, we provide lifetime gifts. Multi-area Production Flow:
Float between laser, mockups, packaging, pulling, finishing, shipping, receiving and inventory based on where the team needs hands. Keep your wits about you when several things are moving at once. Communication Across Teams:
Be a clear, calm communication point between production, front office and sales. Surface issues early. Ask the right question at the right time. Close the loop on commitments. Warehouse Functions:
Help run the warehouse side of the business. Receiving incoming product, pulling orders, packaging finished work, shipping, and keeping inventory accurate. Problem Solving:
Identify and troubleshoot issues as they come up during the day. Work with teammates to resolve challenges quickly and keep the team moving. Equipment Care:
Perform routine maintenance on engraving and related equipment to keep it running well. Flag issues early, before they become downtime. Attention to Detail:
Catch the things others miss. Wrong spellings, off-color matches, off-center imprints, wrong quantities. These are the things that make or break customer trust. Cross-Training & Growth:

Real production or technical experience. Comfortable running equipment and learning new equipment quickly. Laser experience is a strong plus. A multitasker who actually enjoys keeping multiple things going. You can hold details for several jobs in your head and still keep them straight. Great attention to detail. You catch the things others miss and you take pride in finished work. Great with people. You communicate clearly, kindly, and on time.
