We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, community involvement, and customer satisfaction. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Engraving Specialist to join our Trophy & Awards Shop in North Wilmington. This role is vital in creating customized awards that celebrate achievements and milestones, reflecting our commitment to excellence and personalized service. Responsibilities Operate engraving and printing equipment to produce high-quality awards and trophies. Prepare artwork files using graphic design software such as Corel/Adobe. Manage prepress processes to ensure accurate reproduction of designs. Maintain quality control standards throughout production. Collaborate with team members to fulfill custom orders efficiently. Utilize laser/mechanical engraving techniques for precise engraving. Assist with layout design, proofing and order assembly on various projects. Meeting deadlines Operating shop equipment safely Qualifications Proven experience with engraving equipment and techniques. Proficiency in graphic design software, especially Corel Draw. Strong understanding of prepress processes and color management. Attention to detail and commitment to quality control. Ability to operate machinery such asUV printers and engravers.
