Shift:
6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 2nd
Shift:
2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Position Purpose and Objectives The Encapsulation Operator is responsible for following manufacturing instructions as written in the Manufacturing Record and relevant SOPs to produce a quality product within a cGMP environment. Essential Job Functions Assembling, running, and monitoring encapsulation machines following written procedures Make adjustments to equipment as necessary to keep running within specifications Responsible for breaking down, cleaning, and tooling encapsulation machines following written procedures Reconcile final bulk yield Cleaning of room/area Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Maintaining accurate records/GMPs Attention to detail Communication and problem-solving skills Ability to function under pressure Ability to follow written and verbal directions Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Overtime will be required, including weekends, if necessary Working Conditions Manufacturing environment Some allergens and enzymes that may cause allergic reaction are present in the production area Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Good math and reading skills Motivated, organized, and detail-orientated individual Excellent communication skills Experience working in a cGMP environment Basic computer skills Mechanical experience a plus Previous experience a plus
