Job Description
Overview Aubone Polo mallets is family business with 4 employees. After expanding the business in Argentina we are looking for another employee for the Wellington location. Responsibilities Learn and follow specific techniques and processes used in artisan craftsmanship Processing large amounts of raw materials Participate in quality checks to ensure products meet established standards Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while upholding craftsmanship quality Requirements No prior experience in polo needed Strong interest in handmade products with a desire to learn new skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and work carefully with small components Good manual dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic understanding of safety procedures related to craft tools and materials Prior experience is not required but is a plus; enthusiasm for good work is essential Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks comfortably
