WAXINJECTOR DEPARTMENT

H04 JOBFUNCTION
The Wax Injector must be able to inject all blades, cored jobs and shroud hangers and run all components:SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform core preparation. Dress cores. Inject all wax patterns, and components. Leach solubles from wax pattern. Maintain quality on all patterns, gating, and sprues. Keep all dies clean after completing each job and stored in proper area. Meet the specific requirements of the efficiency standards. Keep the work area in a clean, orderly, and safe working condition. Follow procedures and all safety rules. Perform other duties in area assigned by supervision, including lot control and/or dressing.EDUCATION
High school education.EXPERIENCE
Three months OJT training.INITIATIVE AND INGENUITY
Achieve and maintain high initiative and ingenuity.EFFORT:
Normal effort required. Lift/move from 2 - 25 pounds up to 10 times per hour.RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for self. Make sure parts meet quality standards. Must be willing to work daily overtime and weekend overtime as necessary.JOB CONDITIONS
