Medical, Dental, Vision & Life insurance available 401K available after reaching hours worked requirement Direct Deposit Programs Assembler - (Ongoing need to fill this role) Assemblers perform daily activities of lead-wire processing, attaching electrical connectors, winding resistance wire, brazing or soldering, labeling, and testing. All positions are in a production line setting and located in a clean, safe, and climate-controlled environment. Starting pay rate is up to $15 per hour depending on experience. Product Technician - Element Forming (2 positions ) Forming technicians bend and prep elements per prints for transfer to the casting process. Requires the ability to manually bend heating elements, fit forms to prescribed fixtures, and prep completed forms for the casting process. Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods of time. Starting rate is $15-$16 per hour based on experience in a manufacturing environment. Polisher 2 position 2nd shift) Polishers finish products form the machining area prior to the final assembly required for shipment. Polishers will be trained to use various hand polishing equipment which produce precision surface finishes per customer specifications. Requires the ability to use hands throughout the shift and be skilled at determining proper surface prep specifications. Starting rate is $15 per hour. CNC Programmer (1 position) The CNC programmer will split their time between programming and set up. This position requires 3 to 5 years' experience in Mastercam programming. This position also leads the CNC programming efficiency improvement through technology specification, best practice manufacturing methodologies and training. Starting rate is commensurate with experience. Clean room Finisher.(2 positions 2nd shift) The Cleanroom Finisher position assembles components per work order, routers & blueprints. Packages parts per customer and Durex specifications while wearing additional protective equipment (gloves, gown, hairnet, mouth cover, etc. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
