Salary:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour based on knowledge, skills, and aptitude. Primary Responsibilities Set-up and operate the CNC laser cutting machines. Load programs and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the equipment. Work in a fast-paced environment with fast changing priorities. Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task. Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency. Interpret and follow written instruction, sketches, schedules, drawings, and documents. Follow all company rules, policies, standards, and procedures.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Must have experience in metal manufacturing. Must have good math geometry skills. Manufacturing blueprint reading experience is preferred. Precision measuring equipment experience is preferred. Must have a school diploma or GED. Must be reliable and a strong team player. Must work effectively and efficiently. Be able to work independently, multi-task and prioritize the jobs or duties that are given. Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing in English. Ability to communicate in Spanish is a big plus. Must be a U.S. Person as defined by
ITAR/EAR
regulations (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, Lawful Permanent Resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

Schedule:
