This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where quality and attention to detail are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate grinding machines to sharpen and finish taps according to specifications Inspect and measure finished taps to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances Maintain and calibrate grinding equipment regularly to ensure accuracy Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Record production data and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be 18 or older High school diploma, or equivalent required Experience in grinding, precision or metal fabrication preferred. At least 1 year in manufacturing is required. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as fixing machinery to changing tooling and dies. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail is a must.
