Job Title:
Etcher Job Description Join our team as an Etcher, where you will be responsible for chemical etching metal plates. This role involves working in a wet environment, wearing personal protective equipment, and ensuring each plate meets measurement thresholds before advancing to the next production stage. You will also perform routine checks on our wastewater system and gradually learn to repair and maintain machines. Responsibilities Chemical etching of metal plates, ensuring measurement thresholds are met. Perform routine checks and maintenance of wastewater systems. Learn to repair and maintain production machines. Keep work area clean and free of safety hazards. Wear required safety equipment at all times. Propose improvements to the production process. Adapt to changes and manage competing demands. Ensure deadlines are met with urgency and attention to detail. Essential Skills Production General labor Machine operation Mechanical aptitude Use of hand and power tools Competence in print and etching production Additional Skills & Qualifications Dependability and self-motivation Strong sense of accountability Ability to stand/walk for the length of the shift and lift 5 to 15 pounds safely Proficiency in simple addition/subtraction Competent in navigating a computer Organization and keen attention to detail Flexibility to work weekends Why Work Here?   • 6:00am). Enjoy a 20-minute paid lunch and staggered breaks. Uniforms are provided, and steel-toed shoes are required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lenexa, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00
  • $24.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
