Position Summary:

Since 1961, the Wellborn family has owned and operated Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. The goal is to provide kitchen and bath cabinets crafted by dedicated Wellborn employees with the utmost quality and care. Today, over 55 years later, the product line has broadened to include cabinetry and storage solutions to help maximize the total home living space. As an initial point of contact between the factory and our customer, this role will employ care and organizational skill to continue to make Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. the most valued provider of permanent home cabinets designed for a lifetime of gracious living. The incumbent in this position supports the activities and responsibilities of the Assigned dept.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Required to notify production lead person or Supervisor of a problem or issue. Must have good hand and eye coordination.

Will be required to use chop saw; table saw; or other machinery to cut down and/or machine parts as needed to complete jobs. Must be able to read paperwork/color coded labels to pull stocked particleboard, painted or non

• painted parts from correct location in correct order for Paint and/or Assembly areas.

Good interpersonal skills, ability to work well with other employees. Responsible for learning different wood types. Parts puller 1: You will learn basic product knowledge as you do the job. You may learn and be responsible for all of these tasks listed above. Will be required to learn a variety of paint and stain colors and or wood species depending on the department. To advance to Parts puller 2, must have 1+ years experience or equivalent training skills.

Must be a self-starter who works well and can follow a list of daily work assignments. Possesses a willingness to learn new ways to enhance productivity. Education and Experience High School Diploma, GED, or 1yr of equivalent experience. Demonstrated skills in planning, prioritizing and time management. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and timely completion of tasks. Organization and planning
