Job Description

Jamison Door Company located in Hagerstown, Maryland, who specializes in specialty doors since 1906, has full-time openings in our union shop.
Summary of Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Proficient with basic math and able to read a tape measure accurately Understand and adhere to the company's Quality and Safety policies. Ability to understand and demonstrate basic job procedures that have been established for each work area. Operate machinery with a strong sense of responsibility to avoid equipment damage and downtime. Possess good communication skills and work well in a team setting. Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency. Highly productive and self-motivated, positive attitude, dependable and trustworthy Ensure products are conforming to requirements and specifications. Maintaining regular and punctual attendance according to shift-times or a pre-arranged work schedule.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Vocational and technical training or previous manufacturing experience preferred Technically competent, quick study, excellent math skills Other skills required: o Must be willing and able to work overtime as necessary.
