Summary:

Processing department operator will be responsible for the output of semi-automatic wire processing equipment used in the manufacturing of electrical wiring harnesses for various industries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Read, understand, and follow work instructions. Operate semi-automatic wire processing equipment (presses, welders, molders). Recognize product non-conformities and/or incorrect components. Record basic production data. Follow 5S requirements to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Education, Experience & Training High School diploma or equivalent Skills and Abilities Work in a manufacturing environment Distinguish colors Ability to read and write Perform basic math Possess written and verbal communication skills

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit and/or stand, and use arms, hands, and fingers for long periods of time.
