Assist with basic machine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning lenses, checking consumables, and preparing the machine for daily operation. Essential Skills At least 1 year of laser operating experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience operating manufacturing machinery, ideally including laser equipment. Ability to program or set up laser marking operations using a design-style interface similar to SolidWorks. Ability to read and write English to understand work instructions, safety guidelines, and production documentation. Capability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds as part of normal production activities. Familiarity with basic manufacturing processes and machine operation. Eligibility to work in an ITAR-regulated environment, in accordance with applicable regulations. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate laser markings. Additional Skills & Qualifications More than 1 year of hands-on laser operation experience in a production or manufacturing setting. Prior experience programming laser equipment or working with CAD-style or SolidWorks-like software interfaces. Background in related manufacturing processes such as sandblasting or other finishing operations. Willingness to cross-train in other production roles and support multiple departments as needed. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic machine or process issues. Reliable attendance and the ability to work a consistent first-shift schedule. Why Work Here?
