Job Description

Propeller Technician Learn a unique trade building custom high-performance propellers. At Hering Propellers, we build custom propellers for some of the fastest performance boats in the world. Every propeller is hand-finished, and every one is different. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, pays attention to detail, and wants to learn a specialized trade. No propeller experience is required. We'll train the right person. What You'll Be Doing Grinding, blending, and polishing custom propellers Using hand tools, air grinders, and polishing equipment Measuring parts with calipers and other basic measuring tools Learning the finishing techniques that go into every Hering propeller What We're Looking For Reliable and on time Willing to learn Pays attention to detail Takes pride in doing quality work Works well with others Experience with hand tools, welding, or other hands-on work is helpful, but not required What We Offer Full-time, steady employment Small team environment Hands-on work—not assembly line production Opportunity to learn a unique trade and develop specialized skills The chance to build products used on some of the fastest performance boats in the world We're looking for someone who wants a long-term opportunity.
