About Us:
Straga Inc. crafts personalized wooden cutting boards and engraved gift items. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Assistant to join our warehouse team. This role involves operating engraving machines, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments and materials to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Key Responsibilities:
Engraving & Personalization:
Operate engraving machines to customize wooden cutting boards and other products based on customer specifications (verifying details for engraving prior to engraving) Inspect finished engraved products for accuracy and quality before packaging Cleaning, buffing, applying board oil to the wooden engraving surfaces Report and communicate with other team members to coordinate the flow or order fulfillment, ensuring all orders are completed accurately and on time each day
Packaging & Shipping Preparation:
Carefully pick and pack to ensure correct order fulfillment Securely package products to ensure safe transit and a high-quality presentation Label and organize packages according to shipping requirements (according to shipping carrier and/or manifest requirements) Assist with preparing shipments for drop-shipping and carrier pickups .
Warehouse & Inventory Support:
Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory. Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
General Assistance:
Support the management in fulfillment tasks and special projects Follow company procedures for safety, efficiency, and quality control
Qualifications & Skills:
• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, engraving, or packaging is a plus but not required - we are willing to train! Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately and to avoid order fulfillment errors Comfortable using engraving equipment (training provided) Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with physical activity, including some light lifting. Reliable, flexible and punctual, with good time management skills Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn On-the-job training, including engraving machine operation Join our growing team and be part of bringing high-quality, personalized gifts to customers across the USA!
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
