These projects are known as Opportunity Pointe 1, Opportunity Pointe 2 & Opportunity Pointe 3, an 82-unit and 104-unit new apartment complexes. We are seeking Qualified Section 3 individuals and business concerns to fill various new hire positions and perform sub-contracting work for various trades. On the job training will be provided to the right candidate, if necessary. Certified MBE/WBE owned businesses/trades are also encouraged to inquire.
