Job Description

You Will:
Use Visual Laser Marker (VLM) software to laser‑etch components to exact spec. Run ultrasonic cleaning, blasting, tumbling, and passivation to achieve final surface requirements. Assemble components when needed; then box and apply all labeling materials for shipment. Follow SOPs, GMPs, GDPs consistently; practice area 5S and all safety rules. Hit quality and quantity targets without compromising precision. Inspect finished parts and flag rework when necessary. Support team and company goals; handle additional duties as assigned.
Do You Have:
A high school diploma or GED and 1-3 months of relevant industry experience/training (or equivalent)? The ability to read specification sheets, diagrams, and blueprints and follow written/verbal instructions? Basic math for tolerances/variation and a foundational understanding of CNC concepts, laser behavior, and parameters? Experience with measuring devices and common hand tools, plus strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity with hand and power tools? Excellent vision and hand‑eye coordination for detailed work? A track record of safe production, accurate work in fast‑paced environments, and meeting quota expectations? Confidence performing final QC and recommending rework when needed? Basic scripting literacy (Visual Basic/VBScript or similar) and fluency in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word? Knowledge of fixture concepts? Why This Role Matters Every mark you etch and every surface you perfect ensures clinicians receive components that meet rigorous standards. Your precision is the last step before these parts head into the world.
