Job Description

Join our small manufacturing company's shipping and receiving team as a valued member. We are on the lookout for an individual who embodies reliability, meticulous attention to detail, and a keenness for learning. If you possess mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and a collaborative spirit, we welcome your application. While previous experience in manufacturing is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Ship outbound and receive inbound packages . Ensure meticulous attention to detail to uphold quality standards. Foster effective collaboration with team members to enhance task efficiency. Uphold cleanliness and organization within the workspace. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines for a secure work environment. Pursue continuous improvement of skills and embrace new learning opportunities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in manufacturing or similar field is advantageous. Possess mechanical inclination and manual dexterity. Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Demonstrated reliability with punctual attendance. Flexibility regarding work schedule and duties. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes. Basic proficiency in reading and comprehending engineering drawings.
Schedule and Benefits:
Part-time role, Monday to Friday.
Working hours:
9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Starting wage:
$16.00 per hour, with potential for quarterly bonuses. Eligibility for Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days. Opportunity to participate in the 401(k) retirement plan. Enrollment in Employee Profit Sharing Program. Flexible schedule with consideration for occasional time-off needs. Background check required.
