Experience with SMT programming is a plus. Responsibilities Perform surface mount soldering and PCB assembly. Set up and operate soldering and surface mount equipment. Set up and break down feeders for pick-and-place equipment. Load and scan feeders and components into pick-and-place equipment. Load, unload, and scan PCBs on pick-and-place equipment. Load loose components onto PCBs as required. Perform routine setup, operation, and maintenance of SMT equipment. Follow written and computerized work instructions. Inspect components and assemblies for accuracy and quality. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work effectively and respectfully with team members. Follow company procedures and applicable industry quality standards. Qualifications Knowledge of surface mount assembly and printed circuit board manufacturing. Familiarity with assembly standards such as

IPC-A-610.

Ability to identify and distinguish electronic components. Basic computer and machine operation skills. Ability to read and follow written and computerized instructions. Ability to safely operate manufacturing machinery. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. SMT programming experience is a plus. Previous SMT or electronics manufacturing experience. Hours are Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm The pay is up $35.00 or more depending on experience
