Overview We're looking for a Decal Specialist to play a hands on role in bringing our bikes to life. You'll be responsible for applying decals and graphics to bicycle frames with precision and care, ensuring every bike that leaves our facility looks exactly as it should. This is a detail-oriented production role where consistency and craftsmanship matter, with room to bring your own artistic input. We're looking for is someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to the small stuff, and shows up ready to contribute every day. Qualifications High school diploma or GED Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Ability to follow written and visual work instructions consistently Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a production environment Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude Basic hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work at a steady pace while maintaining accuracy Decal application experience (preferred, not required)
