Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving / Laser Engraving Technician to join our team. This position combines warehouse responsibilities with the operation of laser engraving equipment to personalize and produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, and committed to accuracy and quality. Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & Receiving Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Print shipping labels and coordinate deliveries with carriers. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. Organize and keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient. Load and unload deliveries as needed. Laser Engraving Operate laser engraving equipment to personalize products. Set up artwork and engraving files according to customer specifications. Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy. Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of laser engraving machines. Troubleshoot minor equipment or production issues. Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience operating laser engraving equipment is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Basic computer skills and ability to learn engraving software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Preferred Skills Experience with inventory management systems. Familiarity with shipping software (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
