Job Description

Production Specialist We are seeking a hands-on Production Specialist to join our creative and fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and assembling sign and graphic products for various business applications. You will work within a fully equipped sign production area, handling tasks such as cutting printed graphics using a variety of cutters, saws, and Exacto blades, and applying products to substrates. Occasionally, you may also perform field installations on vehicles and building interiors using a ladder. Attention to detail and the ability to follow work orders accurately are essential. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Monday
  • Friday / 8:00am
  • 5:00pm or 7:00am
  • 4:00pm
Primary Responsibilities:
Follow layouts to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic images on predetermined substrates or mediums. Prepare substrates for vinyl application, including cutting, painting, laminating, and cleaning. Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images, adapting techniques based on size, vinyl type, and image complexity. Perform quality assurance checks pre
  • and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting Work Orders.
Conduct finishing operations such as laminating and mounting printed pieces. Clean and maintain storage areas. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background and drug screen Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously. Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
