16799 Conformal Coating Duties/Responsibilities Read and follow electronic work instructions and engineering drawings. Mask and/or tape circuit boards in areas that are to be free of conformal coating or potting. Remove any excess coating and perform manual touch-ups. Inspect assemblies to ensure proper coating coverage. Transport racks of circuit boards from one destination to another to continue the manufacturing process. Perform general housekeeping duties to always provide a safe and clean working environment. Skills/Experience/Education/Training Required Ability to apply conformal coating manually with good hand dexterity. Ability to see details at a close range. Must have strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a controlled environment using solvents, acetone, and coatings. Must be able to work Overtime when required. Minimum 2 years experience in an electronics manufacturing environment Familiar with IPC 610 standards - certification a plus High School diploma or equivalent US Citizenship is required.
