Grinding Operator Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Grinding Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate grinding equipment to produce high-quality parts with smooth, precise finishes. Key Responsibilities Operate grinding wheels to finish parts to required specifications Assist Level B Grinding Operators as needed Meet established quality, productivity, and safety standards Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and smooth finishes Follow all safety rules, procedures, and best practices at all times Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience preferred Basic math skills required (measurements, counts, etc.) High School Diploma or GED required Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Strong attention to detail and workmanship Willingness to learn and grow within the role Why Join Us?
