Work in an enclosed, walk-in blast booth Clean customer parts per specification Prepare parts for blasting by masking if needed Abrasive blast parts according to customer specifications Able to blast effectively on different surfaces and metals using various abrasive medias and blast pressures Help keep blast booth maintained and complete job paperwork as required. Observe company and OSHA safety regulations and wear protective gear during blasting operations Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Ability to follow work instructions Experience with sandblasting equipment in an enclosed booth environment A working knowledge of abrasive blasting processes and products Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Must be able to climb ladders and stairs and work in small restricted areas. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and work overhead while blasting. Two (2) years experience preferred About National Sandblasting Co., Inc. Since 1942 National Sandblasting has been providing abrasive cleaning and coating services to the California area. We media blast and paint small and large jobs including aerospace, commercial, petroleum industry and more.
