Job Description:

Volt is immediately hiring for a 2nd shift Deburr for a company located in Santa Ana, CA. As a 2nd shift Deburr you will: Job Description Day to Day Responsibilities Use surface de-burring, sanding and grinding tools to remove excess metal from manufacture parts to specification. Visually and physically inspect forged parts to ensure all excess metal is removed. Select the proper size de-burr/grinder to remove excess metal from manufactured parts. Remove defects and flash extension per part requirements. Maintain accurate part and or work piece counts. Assure quality and production requirements are met, as per the job-specific traveler. This is a full time opportunity. 5 days a week. 8+ hours per day.

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills & Qualifications Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered. Must have 2-3 years with manufacturing background Prior experience working with air powered tools on metal parts/products. Ability to follow instructions and comply with all safety regulations including the use of personal protective equipment. Attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, persistence. Visual examination of finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Nice-to-have skills that would make a candidate more competitive but are not required. Bilingual in English and Spanish Grinding, surface grinding and construction background is a plus.

Schedule:

3:30PM to 2:00AM Monday through Thursday and Friday and Saturday 1:30PM to 10:00

PM Days :

Monday through Friday and overtime on

Saturday Pay Rate :
