Responsibilities:
Manage shipments : Receive and ship incoming and outgoing packages. Inspect parts : Perform thorough receiving and shipping quality inspections. Prepare components : Clean parts before and after chemical or mechanical processing. Protect surfaces : Mask specific part areas accurately using specialized tapes. Operate machinery : Perform WPC treatment (similar to sandblasting) and cryogenic treatment as your primary duty. Package items : Securely pack finished parts for safe transit. Maintain workspace : Clean and tidy the workspace. Service equipment : Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning dust filters, changing screens, and replacing cleaning solutions.
Requirements:
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Screening :
Ability to pass a background check and a drug screening test. Physical stamina : Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs. Manual dexterity : Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Quality focus : Sharp vision to inspect parts carefully for fine scratches, dents, or chipping.
Communication :
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Work ethic : Punctual, reliable, responsible, and committed to full-time hours.
Mindset :
Patient with repetitive tasks and highly attentive to detail. Preferred qualifications : Knowledge of metals, automotive/machine parts, blueprint reading, metallurgy, marketing, or proficiency in the Japanese language is a major plus.
Compensation:
Probationary Period(90 Days): $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Permanent Role:
$20.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with performance and skill level upon official hire.
Bonus:
Performance-based bonuses are available.
