We are looking for dedicated Finishing Technicians who take pride in their work and have a keen eye for detail. In this role, you'll be adding the final touches to our high-quality products, working with various steels and materials. If you have experience with buffing, polishing, sanding, and more, we'd love to meet you!

Monday -Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Compensation:

$20-21.00/hr. (Experience, skills, and knowledge will be taken into consideration and adjusted accordingly) Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Complete production orders efficiently to stay on schedule. Utilize different processes like buffing, deburring, sanding, and polishing to finish individual parts. Handle one-piece and batch processing to bring parts to specification. Use sanding and buffing tools with skill and precision. Maintain the highest standards of quality in every detail. Keep your workspace clean and organized following 5S principles. Perform routine maintenance and communicate any equipment or safety issues promptly.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 55lbs. Must be able to push, pull, lift, and reach frequently. Must be able to be on feet for up to 2 hours at a time. Must be able to tolerate repetitive Motions.
