In this role, you will be the first line of quality assurance, ensuring containers are properly prepped for painting and finishing. Your expertise will help deliver flawless results that exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities Prepare containers for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning surfaces thoroughly using hand tools and power tools Conduct buffing and polishing to achieve a high-quality finish on painted surfaces Experience Familiarity with detailing, buffing, and the use of hand tools and power tools in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required for prep work We value energetic professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment focused on quality craftsmanship.
