Job Description

Foreman Stone Refinisher Location:
Los Angeles, CA $26 - $28
DOE Full-Time Position Job Description:
We're looking for a skilled and experienced Stone Refinisher to bring their talent and craftsmanship to our expanding markets. As a foreman refinisher, you'll use your expertise in buffing, stripping, filling, grinding, honing, polishing, and finishing techniques to restore surfaces to their best state.
Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for following work order instructions and leading your crews to ensure all jobs are completed to quality standards in a timely manner Working with solvents, chemicals, pneumatic and power tools Use of floor machines and large equipment Follow all safety and OSHA related protocols, including the use of company vehicles Successfully complete all required safety and training modules Work 2nd/ 3rd shift with flexibility to work occasional days or weekends Occasional Travel (Company van, daily per diem & individual hotel)
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in Stone Refinishing and Restoration Current and valid driver's license, with an insurable driving record Effective communication skills - both written and verbal Ability to kneel, squat, bend, lift, reach, climb and carry equipment up to 50lbs High level of attention to detail/cleanliness and ability to perform top quality restoration work
