Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating a variety of metal components in our Trim Shop. This is a hands-on role that requires an understanding of using a programmable metal brake, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Duties:
- Fabricate metal components from raw materials, following specifications
- Utilize power tools, such as drill presses and saws, to cut and shape metal to precise dimensions
- Apply basic math skills to measure and calculate material requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient production
- Work safely and follow safety protocols to prevent injuries
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Fabricator or in a related role is essential
- Experience operating heavy machinery
- Familiarity with assembly processes and the ability to work with precision
- Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and processes
- Ability to operate a variety of power tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Experience working with sheet metal and other materials is beneficial
