We specialize in high-end custom cabinetry and architectural millwork , and we are looking for someone who takes pride in producing a clean, professional finish. This is a hands-on shop position working with custom cabinetry, doors, panels, trim, and millwork components. Responsibilities Prep cabinetry and millwork for high-end painted finishes Sand raw wood, MDF, primer, and sealer between coats Fill nail holes, seams, imperfections, and other surface defects Mask and protect areas prior to spraying Apply primer and paint using professional spray equipment Inspect finished parts for quality and identify defects requiring correction Perform touch-ups and finish repairs as needed Maintain a clean and organized finish room and work area Properly clean and maintain spray guns and finishing equipment Follow established finishing procedures and safety requirements What We're Looking For Previous cabinetry, millwork, furniture, automotive, or professional spray-finishing experience preferred Experience with sanding and preparing surfaces for high-quality finishes Spray-gun experience is a strong plus Strong attention to detail Ability to recognize imperfections in prep and finished surfaces Reliable and able to work efficiently as part of a team Willingness to learn our finishing processes and quality standards Someone who takes pride in producing high-end work—not just getting the job done
Pay:
$25.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
