SHOP HELPER.

Nick's Metal Fabricating & Sons, Inc., is a family-owned company that has been in business for over 70 years that has recently moved from Brookfield, IL to Seneca, IL. We have a strong focus on the need for work-life balance for its' employees.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Grinding, painting, move material, keep workspace clean, and in the process willingness to learn various types of shop equipment, fabricate and weld.

Work Environment :

The work environment described here is representative of those that an employee will encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. This position will have a base working schedule of Monday to Friday starting from 6 am to 7 am and ending from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Overtime and extended daily hours may be required depending on production demand. The person working in this position will be out on the production floor daily. Always maintain company safety standards regarding required personnel protective equipment usage, and safe working practices.
