We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machines involved in the metal manufacturing process. This role requires the ability to work in a hot environment near furnace where metal is melted and to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor a variety of machines used in metal processing and casting Lift, move, and position heavy materials (up to 50 lbs regularly) Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company standards Perform basic quality checks on finished products Communicate any equipment or safety concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

Comfortable working in high temperatures for extended periods Bilingual in English and Spanish Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Why Peoplelink?
