Genesee County, MI Join a Family-Owned Precision Manufacturing Company We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bench Worker to join our client's growing team. As a family-owned precision manufacturing company, they take pride in maintaining a positive work environment where employees are valued, supported, and given opportunities to grow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and has previous manufacturing or machine shop experience. What You'll Do Deburr, polish, sand, brush, and finish precision-machined components Inspect parts for quality and conformance to specifications Handle and process parts carefully to prevent damage Prepare finished products for shipment Use hand tools, measuring devices, and finishing equipment as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety and quality procedures at all times What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, machine shop, or production experience preferred Experience with deburring, polishing, finishing, or secondary operations is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work with small precision parts Dependable attendance and positive attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally Why Join Us?
