Responsibilities:

Prepare products by removing grease and dirt Select and mix paint to customer specifications Apply primer and finish coats using spray equipment Adjust valves and nozzles for precise paint application Clean equipment and brushes using solvents Inspect materials for defects and report issues to supervisor Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety regulations and perform preventative maintenance Complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or similar environment Working knowledge of English; able to communicate and follow verbal/written instructions Ability to read/interpret drawings, use basic math, and measure with handheld tools Experience with basic machine set-ups Team-oriented and collaborative

Physical Requirements:

Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs frequently Stand for entire shift Work in environments with dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise Willingness to work in various production areas as needed
