Assist and learn along the side of experienced Platers and Painters in obtaining high-quality finishes and metal finishing methods for our company and customers. A day-to-day glimpse of responsibilities includes the following: Learning racking techniques that optimize part quality and quantityBuilding racks to optimize quantity of new productUnderstanding and using proper post-plating procedures for rinsing and drying partsFollowing inspection and packaging procedures The person in this position must be able to learn the daily essential responsibilities and goals to perform successful results.
