EXPERIENCED

individual to join our fast-growing team! We are looking for someone that is loyal, organized, and precise. You MUST have 1-2 + years of previous wood finishing/sprayer experience and be quality-conscious, consistent, dependable, and prepared to take on tasks as assigned. You also must be detail-oriented and take pride in a job well done. Your Resume MUST show your previous/current experience to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

Sanding, Staining, applying Varnish and Painting of wood products. Prepare wood surfaces for finishing by filling cracks and imperfections, and ensuring smoothness Use air-assisted spray guns to seal and topcoat. Use appropriate tools and equipment to apply finishes evenly and accurately Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes Strong knowledge of different types of wood finishes and their application techniques Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Keep your work area neat and clean. Work well with others. Willingness to take direction from others. Work in a fast-paced environment Good communicator and listener
