- Part Time All positions are paid weekly and offer a set schedule of full-time hours.
For our full-time positions, benefits are available. Individuals working second shift (3:30pm-2:00am) will receive an additional $3.00 per hour on top of their base wage for all hours worked during that shift. . 1. Experienced Wood Finisher/Sprayer-1st and 2nd

Hours:
1st Shift-Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm (8 Hour Shifts) 2nd Shift-Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00am (10 Hour Shifts)
Responsibilities:
1. Sanding, staining, applying topcoat and painting of wood products. 2. Prepare wood surfaces for finishing by filling cracks and imperfections and ensuring smoothness. 3. Use air-assisted spray guns to seal and topcoat. 4. Use appropriate tools and equipment to apply finishes evenly and accurately. 5. Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes. 6. Strong knowledge of different types of wood finishes and their application techniques. 7. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. 8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. 9. Keep your work area neat and clean. 10. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well take directions from others. 11. Work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience Required:
1-2+ years of Wood Finishing/sprayer. Must have knowledge of staining and painting wood products. Must have knowledge of pumps and spray guns. Ability to lift 50-70 pounds. . 2. General Shop Labor-1st & 2nd

- 2:00am (10 Hour Shifts) Responsibilities may include: 1.
Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English. 2. Able to read paperwork and purchase orders. 3. Start-up/Set-Up of line and oven. 4. Running wood trim and window parts of various lengths, profiles, and quantities on a paint spray line and keep the line running to hit daily goals. 5. Adjusting spray guns, fluid pressure, air pressure, and knowing how to fix a bad spray pattern. 6. Change filters out on booths as needed. 7. Assist feeder or catcher if needed. 8. Follow control plan for testing parts during a run. 9. Clean paint line at the end of your shift. 10. Sanding, staining, applying topcoat and painting of wood products. 11. Prepare wood surfaces for finishing by filling cracks and imperfections. 12. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. 13. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Monday-Friday, 7 am
- 3:30 pm (8 Hour Shifts) Responsibilities may include: 1.
Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English. 2. Able to read paperwork and purchase orders. 3. Daily intake of doors for finishing, verifying part details and labeling. 4. Sanding, taping/masking and staging parts for finishing. 5. Light assembly of parts/rigging, disassembly and preparation for shipping. 6. Quality checks on parts before and after finishing. 7. Use appropriate tools and equipment. 8. Attention to detail and ability to write legibly. 9. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. 10. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team 11. Must keep your work area neat, organized and clean. 12. Must have strong communication skills while working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:

Shop Warehouse Cleaner Pay:
$20
Hours:
3:00 pm-11:00pm, 3-4 days per week Responsibilities may include: 1. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces. 2. Empty trash and recycling; maintain waste areas. 3. Clean restrooms, break room, and common areas. 4. Clean spray booths and all shop work areas. 5. Changing filters in spray booths when necessary. 4. Wipe down equipment, shelving, and workstations. 5. Restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs. 6. Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly. 7. Assist with occasional light lifting and basic tidying of inventory areas. 8. Able to stand, bend, and can lift up to 50 lbs. 9. Able to work independently and follow safety guidelines.
Experience:
Prior janitorial or warehouse cleaning experience preferred but not required. Reliable attendance and attention to detail. Experience with basic cleaning equipment (floor sweepers, vacuums) a plus. .
