In this role, you'll help produce high-quality finished metal products in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. Finisher:

• Grind and polish metal parts using hand tools and hand-held power tools
• Read blueprints and specifications to ensure finished product quality
• Smooth metal surfaces and edges to meet production standards
• Identify and mark defects for correction
• Select appropriate abrasives and tools based on materials used
• Sharpen and maintain tools as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment What You Need to Bring to the

Finisher Role:

• Interest in manufacturing and growing within the company
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints (experience preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
