Why Join CSI Hands-on work with clear results at the end of every shift Training provided we'll teach you the craft A team that values quality, effort, and doing things right A strong culture built on respect, accountability, and continuous improvement What You'll Do Polish, grind, and finish stainless steel components and systems Work primarily with 300 series stainless steel materials Ensure surfaces meet quality, safety, and customer standards Inspect your work closely details matter here Use finishing tools and equipment safely and effectively Keep your workspace organized and production moving efficiently Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and production goals What You Bring Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to stay focused on repetitive, precision-based tasks Team-first mindset and solid work ethic Previous grinding or finishing experience is a plus (not required) Stable work history Work Environment / Physical Requirements This is an on-site, hands-on role in a manufacturing environment. Frequent bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the shift Lifting and moving materials up to 75 lbs (with assistance) Use of close, distance, and peripheral vision with strong attention to detail Exposure to typical grinding and polishing conditions (noise, dust, etc.) Required use of PPE including gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots CSI provides reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals with disabilities throughout the application and employment process.
