Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter/Cabinetry Finish specialist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to cabinetry and other products, ensuring a flawless appearance that meets our strict quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to delivering beautifully finished products that delight our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced tools and techniques in a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to craftsmanship and excellence. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paints using airless paint spraying, brushes, or rollers with precision and consistency Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to assemble and finish cabinetry components accurately Maintain a clean work area by adhering to lean manufacturing principles, ensuring safety and efficiency Measure materials and finished products using precision measuring instruments to meet specifications Follow safety protocols Shapes, finishes, and refinishes furniture to specified color or finish. General Accountabilities Mixes finish ingredients to obtain desired colors or shades. Brushes, sprays, or hand-rubs finishing ingredients onto and into wood grain. Smoothens, shapes, and touches up surfaces to prepare them for finishing. Selects appropriate finishing ingredients. Fills and smoothen cracks or depressions, removes marks or imperfections, and repairs broken parts. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Job Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalentExperience:
