Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Are you an experienced Surface Grinder looking for a stable, full-time position with great long-term potential? Join a well-established manufacturing team in Westlake, OH, where your precision and craftsmanship truly matter.

What You'll Do:

Perform precision surface grinding on steel and carbide components Work with table sizes ranging from 2 ft to 5 ft Maintain tight tolerances while ensuring quality and consistency Operate and maintain a variety of grinding and cutting machines

Prior experience with surface grinding Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, motivated, and safety focused Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
