Full Job Description Join Premier Custom Built, Inc. , a leader in ultra-custom residential cabinetry and metal work. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Metal Finisher to join our team. In this role, you will create unique, high-end finishes on custom metal pieces, helping bring our clients' visions to life through artistry, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Apply a variety of decorative and protective finishes to metal surfaces, including patinas, acids, glazes, stains, and specialty coatings. Blend colors and techniques to achieve custom finishes that meet design specifications and customer expectations. Evaluate color, texture, depth, and appearance to ensure consistency and quality throughout the finishing process. Prepare, clean, and inspect metal surfaces prior to finishing. Operate finishing equipment and spray systems safely and effectively. Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet Premier's high standards. Collaborate with team members to develop new finishing techniques and achieve unique custom looks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Continuously learn and refine finishing techniques to support innovation and craftsmanship. Qualifications Strong artistic ability and an eye for color, texture, and detail. Knowledge of color blending and finishing techniques. Ability to visualize and achieve desired finish outcomes on a variety of metal surfaces. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining accuracy. Finishing, painting, spraying, or coating experience is preferred but not required. Experience in metal finishing, woodworking finishes, automotive painting, or related trades is a plus.
