In this role, you will be responsible for refining and finishing metal components to meet precise specifications, ensuring the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with various machining and polishing tools, and a keen eye for detail. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality metal products in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate polishing equipment and hand tools to achieve smooth, polished surfaces on metal parts according to technical specifications. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production documents to understand required finishes and dimensions. Use precision measurement instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify surface quality and dimensional accuracy. Maintain safety standards in accordance with industry regulations during all polishing and machining activities. Handle materials carefully during processing, packaging finished products securely for shipment or assembly. Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure proper storage of tooling and hand tools. Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of fabrication processes including stamping, machining, and assembly. Familiarity with industrial equipment troubleshooting and factory safety standards. Ability to read blueprints accurately and perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control in finishing processes. Effective communication skills suitable for team collaboration across different departments.
