Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!
Shift:
1st: Mon-Thu 5AM-3:30PM 2nd: Mon-Thu 3:30PM-2
AM Weekend:
Fri- Sun 6Am-6:30
PM Job Responsibilites:
Perform manual blending, trimming, grinding, polishing, deburring, graining, tumbling, and cleaning of sheet metal and machined parts. Use grinders, sanders, circular tools, and other vibrating hand tools to remove rough edges and achieve required finishes according to blueprints. Select appropriate tools, attachments, and equipment settings to complete assigned work accurately and efficiently. Conduct in-process inspections and monitor equipment and finished products to identify flaws and ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a safe, clean work area, properly dispose of scrap and waste, and follow company safety and environmental procedures.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Approximately 2 years of consistent work experience related manufacturing experience is a plus. Ability to read and follow manufacturing drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and safety procedures. Strong arm-hand steadiness, finger dexterity, and manual dexterity for precise handling and finishing of parts. Ability to perform heavy physical work, including occasionally exerting up to 100 lbs. of force and frequently handling up to 50 lbs. Comfortable using technology and hand tools. #
GENHV Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
